Request for Proposal: RCVRC Board and Staff Retreat Facilitator

The Ranked Choice Voting Resource Center (RCVRC) is soliciting proposals for a skilled facilitator to partner with staff to plan, facilitate, and document the conclusions of a board and staff retreat. The retreat will be held in person in Asheville, NC, from August 13-19, 2026. At the retreat, participants will review the progress of current strategic goals and evaluate future goals for fiscal year 2026 and beyond. The facilitator will lead the retreat by providing planning support, managing the agenda, conducting a post-retreat assessment, and identifying next steps.
