Melissa Hall is the Senior Director of Finance and Operations for the Ranked Choice Voting Resource Center. She has a background in public education and serves as a local precinct election official. Melissa earned the Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University in September 2023. Melissa’s primary responsibilities involve handling the financial duties of the organization and overseeing the creation and application of organizational policies and procedures. Melissa also manages the state charitable registration and compliance requirements for the organization.
