SESSION 10: UNIVERSAL RCV TABULATOR

The Ranked Choice Voting Resource Center (RCVRC) has partnered with Bright Spots to deliver open-source software for jurisdictions to tabulate ranked choice voting (RCV) results with legacy voting equipment, when tabulation software is not available through the voting system vendor, or when a state needs to aggregate results from multiple voting systems. This session includes a demonstration of this software and allows viewers to learn more about how the tabulation process works.
